    • 1. DTF in a cube design: The new XTF D430 - the first machine developed from scratch for the DTF process

With the XTF D430, RICOH is introducing the first direct-to-film system developed entirely for the DTF process – not adapted, but designed from the ground up. The compact cube design requires less than 2 m² of floor space and combines high-quality printing technology with a well-thought-out workflow.

    • 2. White gold: Different hotmelts, their properties and the corresponding applications

Without the right powder, there can be no perfect DTF transfer – and yet not all hot melts are the same. This presentation shows how different types of powder differ in terms of adhesion, wash resistance, feel, and processability – and what role the right combination of material, temperature, and timing plays.

    • 3. Moviestar: DTF transfer media - the next generations and how they work

What developments can be expected in transfer materials? RICOH only offers certified DTF materials that work optimally with RICOH systems and ink in terms of the actual applications and the end product. The development of materials is very dynamic. What innovations are currently in the pipeline?

    • 4. Less is more: Powderless DTF - the next revolution

RICOH shows the future: Powder-free DTF printing, where the adhesive – and thus the hot melt powder – no longer needs to be sprinkled on with a powder shaker after the printing process. Less consumables, less complexity, more efficiency. Is this the new revolution for simpler and cleaner DTF production?

    • 5. Double is better: DTF ready - the DTG printer for hybrid production of DTG and DTF

Experience the best of both worlds: RICOH’s hybrid printing solution combines the strengths of DTG and DTF – with the same device. From cotton to polyester, directly onto the garment or as a transfer – maximum flexibility for on-demand production with the Ri 1000X and Ri 4000.

    • 6. From the web to the machine - clever use of the textile workflow for digital printing and embroidery

Design content, RIP systems, and embroidery workflows seamlessly connected – for a digital production chain. Learn how to efficiently link hot folders, automated RIP optimization, and machine control.

    • 7. Unique selling point Ricoh printheads: More than 30 years of experience and the benefits of holistic control over printing technology

RICOH’s proprietary print head technology stands for precision, durability, and complete control over the printing process and print quality. DTG and DTF users with RICOH printing systems benefit from decades of development experience and complete system control.
