The Textile Competence Center (TCC) is geared to provide Application-, Product- and Business development- Knowledge to the benefit of Ricoh’s Textile Customer.
Being closely connected to Ricoh Europe, as well as Ricoh Product Management, R&D and the company’s Production facilities in Japan, the site is an integral part Ricoh’s Global Industrial Printing Business Unit.

Main tasks have been and continuously are to underline the company’s ambitious growth targets in Digital Textile Printing, by providing and connecting market leading digital textile expertise around the globe. Customer-facing examples are the execution of demo operations, product- and application training, consumables- and material qualification, feasibility testing and beta site management.
TCC experts also create and execute Sales-, Marketing- and Event activities, host the company’s textile sample production and gather customer- and market requirements, all in a close dialog with Ricoh’s headquarter ensuring to meet customer expectations.

Being located close to Frankfurt International Airport in Germany, the TCC is seen as central junction for Sales Partner and Customer in the digital textile industry. Teaming up with German-based and Ricoh-owned ColorGATE Digital Output Solutions GmbH, the TCC site is today well known as a leading competence center in the industry.
