Industrial DTF with the Pro™ D1600
The RICOH Pro™ D1600 combines printing onto transfer film, automatic powder application and integrated drying and curing in one system. That removes bottlenecks and reduces manual handling. With production speeds of more than 20 m² per hour, a print width of up to 1,600 mm and support for jumbo rolls, it is built for continuous operation – in short and long runs alike – and helps businesses move from analogue processes to scalable digital workflows.
Direct-to-garment at scale
Where garments are to be printed directly, the RICOH Ri 4000 adds automatic pre-treatment, dual mode for DTG and DTF and intelligent maintenance – for on-demand production with consistent quality.
